Hi, I’m a mom, a mental health worker, and someone who has learned that healing is not linear.
I created this space to reflect on life, recovery, parenting, and the human connections that shape us.
I work in mental health, supporting people through some of their hardest days while also navigating my own journey as an adult in recovery from an eating disorder. Recovery has taught me that strength is not about perfection — it is about honesty, compassion, boundaries, and continuing to show up for yourself even when life feels heavy.
Outside of work, I am raising children, building a family, and learning every day how to care deeply for others without losing myself in the process. For a long time, I believed being “good” meant giving endlessly. Now, I am learning that true care also includes self-respect, rest, and balance.
This blog is a space for gratitude, reflection, and real conversations about motherhood, mental health, burnout, recovery, resilience, and the quiet moments that often matter most. I hope these words remind people that they are not alone — whether they are parenting, healing, struggling, caregiving, or simply trying to make it through the day.
I don’t have all the answers. I’m still learning, still recovering, still growing.
But I believe in human connection, in small acts of kindness, and in the power of being seen and understood.
Thank you for being here.
